This workshop is a great way to refresh yourself as an EMDR therapist. Participants will review the 8 phases of EMDR therapy, the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model, and the three-pronged approach and its use in case conceptualization. Using EMDR therapy with special populations will be discussed and tips and insights will be offered in terms of dealing with complex clients. Participants will engage in a practicum in order to practice the 8 phases under supervision in a safe and healing environment.
