Approved for 2 EMDRIA Credits
EMDR clinicians need alternative methods of BLDAS with clients of all ages especially when the trauma is too hard to speak out loud. Clients who have experienced significant big “T” trauma or complex developmental trauma struggle to stay in their window of tolerance. Using drawing and/or scribbling during Phase 4 and 5 offers clients and clinicians expanded options to identify the target, desensitize, and reprocess in a way that communicates the changes while clearing the associative channels of the node. This workshop teaches clinicians a specific way to use drawing as a way to demonstrate the changes occurring within the neural network.
