This is a practical training on the use of the “One Stone Mediation” as developed by peace activist and Buddhist Monk Thich Nhat Hann. This workshop explores the history of Thich Nhat Hanh and his brings to life his vision for peace, reconciliation and offers a simple and effective meditative technique. Participants will be able to practice the “One Stone” several times to deepen their experience. In addition, participants will practice how to interface what they have learned with the Adaptive Information Processing model as developed by Francine Shapiro and they will practice how to effectively use bi-lateral stimulation to enhance the One Stone experience, link to a cue word and use it effectively as a state shift/affect management tool.
