This course explores Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory and its application in EMDR therapy. Participants will learn to identify and map their internal parts, understand protective roles, and incorporate IFS principles into their EMDR clinical practice, enhancing therapeutic effectiveness and promoting self-exploration through practical exercises and guided meditations.
