Somatic strategies can assist in modulating a client’s arousal system and be incorporated into EMDR therapy. Day one of this workshop teaches strategies and skills to increase efficacy in managing arousal through the 8 phases. Day two of this workshop presents somatic approaches with simple, complex and attachment trauma.
