Jim Knipe’s Internal Healing Dialogue (IHD) is a little known technique that can be adapted to help clients resolve inner conflicts, improve decision-making and stabilize in Phase 2. In addition to the IHD, Robin Shapiro’s two-handed interweave and pendulating can be similarly used and will also be reviewed.
