This program reviews basic training concepts on resourcing and teaches how to use an attachment-informed approach to resourcing. In order to effectively treat clients and evolve in our use of EMDR from a technique to an approach, we need a more robust framework for what resourcing is and how to approach this crucial aspect in our work with clients. Participants will walk away with a fresh perspective on resourcing for their clients as well as themselves.
