Rhythm is the first language of the nervous system, felt in the body before words ever arrive. This training invites EMDR clinicians into a nature-based, play-informed approach that can be used across all eight phases and with clients of every age. Grounded in research and clinical insight, this work blends science with story, movement with meaning. Here, play is not just for children. It becomes a tool of regulation, a portal to presence, and a bridge between trauma and transformation. Through rhythm, breath, and the sensory cues of the natural world, participants will learn how to create conditions for safety, flexibility, and integration throughout the EMDR process.
