This online course is an intervention that is designed to provide a creative format for teens/adults to generate hope, a vision and reference of their future. Utilizing this intervention allows clients to dream and passionately envision their future desires and identify step by step tasks to reach their goals. This is an opportunity for the client to identify what they want, deserve and should expect in their lives. The intervention includes several different creative arts and somatic opportunities for the client to have a felt sense of their future self.  Future Self is considered a Resource Development Installation (RDI) and can be utilized in phase one and two of EMDR therapy.
