Different symptoms and real-life experiences of the refugee and asylum-seeking population will be discussed. The ASSYST treatment interventions and their objectives, in their group and individual format, will be introduced, and how the fieldwork team members at EMDR Mexico apply the ASSYST treatment intervention procedures within a symptom-based trajectory stepped care approach with refugees and asylum-seekers.
