Louise Maxfield, Ph.D., retired this summer from her position as editor of the Journal of EMDR Practice and Research (JEMDR). After a lifetime of working in the psychotherapy field and for 15 years as the JEMDR editor, EMDRIA wants to thank her for all of her hard work publicly. Although we cannot catalog every life event, we would like readers to know a little more about the woman behind the Journal as we wish her well in her retirement in this article this article from the Summer 2021 issue of Go With That magazine by Kim Howard, CAE.
