Kelly Cremer, LMHC

Preferred Name: Kelly

About Me

Kelly is licensed mental health counselor trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which she uses to help clients work through trauma, anxiety, and difficult life experiences. She works with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions, bringing a warm, accepting, and steady presence to the therapy room.
Kelly's practice is rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based frameworks. She approaches therapy as a collaborative partnership — rather than positioning herself as the expert, she believes each client brings deep knowledge of their own life and experiences. Her role is to offer guidance and support while creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.
Alongside EMDR, Kelly's integrative approach draws on evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic principles, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
