My specialties include trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and domestic violence. I use a variety of modalities such as: EMDR, DBT, ACT, play therapy (including D&D), and art therapy. With the right tools and insights, I believe people can grow through their struggles to live the lives they were meant to lead.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Westminster University (a CACREP accredited school) in 2019. In addition, I am certified in working with victims and offenders of domestic violence, have completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and 2, D&D certification, and have completed IFS trainings.
