This training enhances EMDR clinicians’ ability to identify relationally based targets, activate relevant memory networks, and apply EMDR phases to reprocess maladaptively stored attachment experiences. Integrating attachment theory and IFS within the AIP model, it strengthens case conceptualization, target selection, and clinical outcomes for clients with persistent relational patterns.
