About Me
I specialize in EMDR and somatic therapy intensives for women who feel stuck in patterns that insight and traditional talk therapy haven’t fully shifted. My work is especially suited for women who have already done meaningful personal growth and are ready for focused, deeper trauma work.
I offer in-person EMDR intensives in Orlando, Florida, and virtual intensives across Florida, Georgia, and Colorado. I also provide EMDR consultation for trained clinicians.
