About Me
I believe healing happens when we care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Life’s challenges often affect us on many levels—our thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, and our sense of meaning or purpose. My approach to counseling is holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed. In therapy, I integrate evidence-based therapy with practical tools that support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and lasting resilience.
