About Me
Clients come to me after talk therapy has taken them as far as it can. They've made progress, but something deeper is keeping them at an impasse. I help address the fears that may be getting in the way of progress. The ones that can quietly block healing, even when someone has already done a lot of work.
Because trauma shows up differently for everyone, I move at the pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll work through what's holding you back so that you can move forward with clarity and confidence. This process is what allows change to take root in a lasting way.
