About Me

Hi, I'm Lisa. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Miami native, and owner of a private practice in South Miami. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and self esteem challenges. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and rooted in creating a warm, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment.

I believe therapy should feel genuine, collaborative, and tailored to each person's needs. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, work through patterns that keep them feeling stuck, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
