Ms. Olha Orailo
About Me
I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and am a certified art therapist. I am currently completing postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology and Trauma Psychotherapy, as well as advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, the effects of psychological trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and psychosomatic symptoms.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I tailor therapy to each client's individual needs, drawing on EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), art therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to support healing, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
I provide psychotherapy in Ukrainian.
