About Me

I do my best work supporting adults who identify as highly sensitive and/or neurodivergent. Using EMDR at your pace and adapted for your needs, together we can work through past hurts related to being misunderstood, not belonging, experiencing emotional abuse and neglect, and other traumas that hit especially hard when you have a sensitive nervous system. I provide virtual and in-person sessions in downtown Decatur, GA.
