About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker deeply rooted in serving our community with compassion, authenticity, and cultural awareness. I graduated from New Mexico State University, where I earned my Master’s in Social Work in 2021.

I have worked with a wide range of people, including children, teens, young adults transitioning out of foster care, individuals experiencing homelessness, and adults facing grief, anxiety, and depression. My clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR Therapy, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) with Alexander Technique, and crisis intervention.

My background in case management has given me a strong understanding of community resources, and I believe in the power of connection both inside and outside the therapy room. I am passionate about making mental health support more accessible and breaking the stigma that too often keeps people from getting the help they deserve.

At my core, I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and real. I am committed to helping clients feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forward with tools, insight, and renewed confidence.
