About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, co-founder, and COO of Spectra Support Services, LLC. With 30 years of experience in diverse settings, I focus on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and neurodivergence, as well as their families.
My clinical approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each individual’s lived experience. I specialize in trauma treatment for neurodivergent individuals, including autistic clients, those with ADHD, and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities or sensory processing differences. I tailor my sessions to accommodate sensory, communication, pacing, and emotional management needs. My goal is to nurture a safe, supportive, flexible, and responsive therapeutic environment.
I live in Springfield, Pennsylvania, with my husband and children, three of whom are neurodivergent. Personally and professionally, I am devoted to helping individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their healing process.
Education & Experience
I earned my MSW from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work and am a certified clinician with the National Association for the Dually Diagnosed (NADD). I have a graduate certificate in Behavior Support from Martinsburg College and several courses toward a graduate certificate in Autism Studies with Drexel University.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
Beyond clinical work, I regularly present at local, state, and national conferences on autism spectrum disorder, the transition to adulthood, trauma and neurodivergence, and the impact of disability on individuals and families. I am a past president of ASCEND: the Asperger and Autism Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, and I remain active in professional and advocacy organizations, including the National Association of Social Workers, The Arc of Delaware County, AAIDD, and the Autism Society of America.
