About Me

I believe that each person has an important story to tell. Together, in a safe and accepting environment, we will work to address your reasons for seeking counseling, while exploring your struggles, as well as your strengths and inherent wisdom. I use humor and connection in my approach to therapy, which is largely systems based and trauma-informed. Through this collaborative process, my hope is that you will be able to reflect on your journey, honor your story, and feel empowered to make desired changes in your life.
