As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, conscious therapist, healer, aging specialist, and program developer, I support people moving through life's transitions, stuck points, and trauma with greater ease. I integrate CBT, EMDR, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, somatic approaches, exposure therapy, creative arts, quantum physics and group facilitation into accessible experiences that create meaningful and lasting wellbeing. ReM(i) Culture was founded in a visual (i)conograohy and one simple belief: every (i)ndividual already possesses the ability for an inner toolkit capable of healing, growth, and autonomy.
