About Me

Cynthia's approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and respect, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. She has experience working with individuals and children who have been impacted by trauma.

Education & Experience

Cynthia received her license and EMDR training certificate in 2025. She hopes to become EMDR certified in 2027. Cynthia’s clinical experience includes providing therapy to adults in a group practice setting, as well as facilitating group sessions for adolescents in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.
