About Me

If you tend to avoid uncomfortable emotions and feel alone, overwhelmed, and not good enough, it doesn’t have to stay this hard. I specialize in complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, binge eating, and any pain from attachment wounds. We may be a good fit if you’re hoping to heal the parts of you carrying shame, fear, and hurt. Together, we'd build more understanding of your needs, trust in yourself, and the capacity to safely feel and deal with all emotions. I also work with kids & teens with anxiety and self-esteem concerns and those of all ages navigating the grief and pain of chronic illness.

I believe so much healing comes from a strong therapeutic relationship. I prioritize creating a safe, trusting connection, with safety in experiencing feelings before processing traumas. I use a mix of approaches including IFS, EMDR, emotion-focused, attachment-focused, and somatic therapy. I also integrate creative approaches like sand tray, art, and play.

I know it can be hard to find the right therapist. I hope to offer a space that allows you to feel safe, heard, valued, and able to trust your own wisdom. I am collaborative and love to incorporate feedback. I encourage you to schedule a quick intro call and/or try 2-3 sessions with me to see if we connect well. Feel free to reach out via email!
