About Me
I have been a practicing psychotherapist at a private practice since 2019 working with adults and children.
I am a wife and mother of adult children and started my career later in life bringing in my life experiences to help shape my practice.
Education & Experience
I completed my Master of Social Work in 2018. I worked as a hospital social worker at that time and started working as a psychotherapist in 2019 for a private practice. I work with children and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and relationship struggles.
Besides using EMDR with clients, I also use strengths and solutions based perspectives, and CBT methods. I started EMDR training in November 2024 and completed my basic training in June of 2025.
Prior to completing my Master's Degree, I worked as a paraprofessional in special education.
