About Me
I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults, teens, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, and the relational patterns those experiences leave behind. Using my training and lived experience, I have supported first-generation and immigrant clients navigating what it means to live between cultures. I believe in bringing genuine curiosity to questions of identity and belonging.
My style is warm but direct, grounded in a psychodynamic and existential framework. I use EMDR as one tool within a broader holistic approach, to process trauma at its roots and address what's happening in your relationships right now.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Antioch University (M.A. in Psychology, 2023). Before private practice, I spent over three years working with teens and families through a community mental health agency in Highland Park, Los Angeles. I completed EMDR training in 2025 through EMDRIA-HAP (Humanitarian Assistance Programs) and will be pursuing certification.
