About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR-trained therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I provide a compassionate, affirming, and culturally responsive space where clients can safely explore difficult experiences and reconnect with their strengths.
My approach integrates EMDR Therapy with evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. I work collaboratively with clients to reduce distress, increase resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.
I have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, young adults, first responders, healthcare professionals, and those navigating complex trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and self-esteem issues.
