I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, women's concerns, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences.

My approach integrates EMDR with complementary therapies including Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), somatic therapies, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches to address both the mind and nervous system. Together, we'll move beyond simply coping to help you process unresolved experiences, strengthen your inner resources, and create meaningful, lasting change.
