This experiential training helps EMDR clinicians bring somatics into extended Phase 2 preparation. Through lecture, demonstration, and small-group practice, participants will explore neuroception, language of sensation, titration, pendulation, somatic boundary setting, and more to support stabilization, body-based awareness, present-day safety, and readiness for reprocessing with greater choice, curiosity, capacity, and confidence. This course spans multiple dates (October 12, 19, November 2 & 9, 2026).
