Preferred Name: LaDawnya
About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with driven, accomplished adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, trauma, and chronic nervous system activation. I especially enjoy working with Black women, women of color, and LGBTQIA+ adults whose success may come with hidden costs such as overextending themselves, harsh self criticism, people pleasing, and the constant pressure to stay strong and endlessly resilient. My style is relaxed, relatable, and rooted in real change, with room for insight, humor, practical strategizing, and deeper trauma work, including EMDR.
