About Me
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who uses evidence-based third-wave cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology, incorporating humanistic and mindfulness-based techniques. I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapist.
Initially trained in Applied Behaviour Analysis working within the Traumatic Brain Injury and Complex Trauma Rehabilitation fields, I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology after fulfilling executive roles in health care, law and business management.
My practice is trauma-informed and incorporates a strength-based approach. My experience includes working with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, relationships, pain management, grief, adjustment issues and mindset strengthening.
