About Me
For over 26 years, I've helped people work through trauma, anxiety, sleep struggles, and the patterns that quietly make life harder than it needs to be. Most people who find their way to me have been managing for a long time, showing up, keeping it together, while carrying something heavier underneath. Disconnection. Exhaustion. Reactivity you can’t quite explain. A sense that something needs to change, even if you can’t name it exactly. They just know something must change.
Our work is collaborative, moving at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful. You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. That's what we do together.
