About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California (LPCC 21783). I specialize in helping adults and older teens (ages 16+) to cope with trauma and navigate stress from school, work, relationships, and life transitions. I aim to tap into your inner strengths and unlock your potential to thrive. Therapy with me offers you an affirming and empowering space to heal your emotional wounds, fortify your resilience to life challenges, and replace your self-doubt with self-compassion.
Growing up bi-cultural gave me a deeply personal understanding of what it means to live "in-between" and search for belonging. In my practice, I look at the whole picture—including how your culture, environment, and systemic factors shape your mental health. We will collaborate to co-create a therapeutic experience that respects your unique background and core values. Together, we can build your confidence and find your emotional balance amid the chaos.
Education & Experience
I have been training and working in mental health care since 2019. After I completed my Master’s program in mental health services and professional counseling from University of Pennsylvania in 2021, I returned to California to practice psychotherapy.
I have dedicated much of my clinical practice to uplift underserved populations. My clinical experiences from working in community mental health agencies, hospitals, and private practices, supporting clients of all ages. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, SFBT, and many other evidence based treatment interventions.
