About Me
I'm Elaine Luna, LMFT, and I help children, adolescents, and adults heal from trauma, anxiety, OCD, and life's most challenging experiences. I specialize in EMDR therapy and integrate evidence-based approaches to help clients move beyond survival and toward lasting healing. As a second-generation Latina, breast cancer survivor, and bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I understand how our experiences shape us and the importance of having a safe, compassionate space to process them. Whether you're navigating childhood trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, or overwhelming anxiety, I strive to create a collaborative, culturally responsive environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we'll work to reduce distress, strengthen resilience, and help you reconnect with your authentic self.
Education & Experience
I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2015 and have extensive experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, and families across a variety of clinical settings. I am an EMDR-trained therapist and have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I integrate these evidence-based approaches to provide individualized, trauma-informed care tailored to each client's unique needs, helping clients heal from the effects of trauma, reduce anxiety and OCD symptoms, strengthen relationships, and build lasting resilience.
