About Me
I believe therapy should honor the whole person. My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and the belief that healing happens when people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves. EMDR is one of the primary ways I help clients process experiences that have kept them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, while always moving at a pace that feels manageable.
My approach is body-oriented, trauma-informed, and affirming. I strive to create a space where clients can better understand themselves, rebuild trust in their own instincts, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and connected.
Education & Experience
Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW)
The University of Texas at Austin, 2011
My professional experience spans community mental health, school-based services, medical case management, and private practice. I have worked with adolescents and adults experiencing the effects of complex trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy.
