Sabrina Rubaud, LCSW
(She/Her)
About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR therapist with 10 years of experience supporting adults through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach that honors each client’s unique experiences and healing process.
My work integrates EMDR, DBT, somatic approaches, mindfulness, and nervous system-focused practices to support clients in processing difficult experiences, building emotional regulation skills, and developing a stronger connection with themselves. I believe healing occurs through safety, connection, and collaboration, and I work with clients at a pace that feels supportive and aligned with their needs.
I provide secure telehealth therapy throughout Colorado, offering a space where clients can feel understood, empowered, and supported as they move toward meaningful and lasting change.
