EMDRIA Certified Therapist™

Online Therapy

About Me

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in a deep understanding of how the mind and nervous system respond to fear, uncertainty, and a disrupted sense of safety. I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and experiences. Even the most painful symptoms often began as ways of adapting to what life demanded. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating space for meaningful, lasting change. With attunement and respect for each person’s resilience, I help people move beyond survival and toward greater freedom, autonomy, and trust in themselves.
