About Me

I am a Psychologist with 31 years of post graduate clinical experience, having worked in hospital, agency, university counselling centres and private practice. I am passionate about helping other EMDR therapists grow professionally through consultation. Specific areas of clinical interest are the provision of intensive EMDR to assist people with PTSD and anxiety disorders. I incorporate somatics and IFS in my work, I enjoy working with people with pre-verbal and attachment trauma, and I am able to assist people in exploring themes of ancestral lineage, intergenerational healing and spirituality. I provide both group and individual consultation opportunities to therapists.

Education & Experience

In addition to EMDR as a primary modality, I am also a trained IFS therapist (Level 2), and a Somatic IFS Certified therapist. I integrate these modalities into EMDR therapy as desired by clients/as appropriate.
