Education & Experience

I am a physician with clinical and research experience in medicine, neuroscience, trauma and human performance. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Integrative Neuroscience, with a focus on advancing the understanding and treatment of conditions affecting the brain, behavior, and performance.
My clinical approach combines medical training with EMDR and other evidence-informed interventions. Treatment may incorporate EMDR, ketamine-assisted therapy, neuromodulation, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, cognitive and behavioral interventions, somatic approaches, parts-informed work, and structured integration, depending on each patient's needs.
I am actively involved in clinical research and emerging approaches to mental health and human performance, including neuromodulation, ketamine-assisted therapy, and psychedelic-assisted models of care. My work seeks to thoughtfully integrate established therapies with emerging neuroscience in an ethical and medically responsible manner.
As a physician and veteran, I am particularly interested in helping high-functioning individuals and high-responsibility professionals move from chronic stress and survival-based coping toward greater resilience, cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, and optimized performance.
