About Me
Welcome! When it comes to my approach to therapy, I aim to work from a client centred, collaborative lens. This approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your life and you have what you need to make the changes you’re looking for. Together, we can move beyond thoughts and into a fuller awareness of your emotions, body, and experiences. Your cultural identities and lived experiences are an important part of this process, and I strive to integrate these into our work in a way that feels respectful and affirming.
I work with children (8+), adolescents, and adults and support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, and challenges related to identity, self-esteem, and emotional regulation, including late-diagnosed neurodivergence. I draw from approaches such as EMDR, parts work and strengths-based therapy, always tailoring the process to fit your unique needs.
Therapy with me is grounded in relationship first. I prioritize building trust and creating a space where you feel safe to show up as you are, without the pressure to have everything figured out. I invite you for a 15-minute free consultation to see if we are a good fit to embark on this journey together. I look forward to hearing from you!
