About Me
Blending Internal Family Systems Therapy practice with EMDR has lead my sessions to new places. Ever since I signed up to do this very important work back in 2005, I intuited that I would not have the answer for my clients. Instead, I just knew that the answer was within each of them and that nobody could give that to them, nor remove it. It is my honor, thrill and calling to have such effective tools as IFS and EMDR, to help people connect to that answer. Licensed in Florida, Illinois and Maryland.

Besides outpatient therapy I also have 2 years case management for senior citizens and I also have 5 years as a child welfare case manager (reuniting families).
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
Florida Trail Association. Trail coordinator for all of Heartland Chapter. Weekly participation with creating new trails and maintaining existing trails for the Florida National Scenic Trail. I create and participate in day long and multi day long work events.
