About Me
I’m here to support you and your family on your journey toward healing. I’ve spent 20 years working alongside children, teens, and adults to help them overcome challenges and reconnect with their true selves.
I’m ready to walk this path with you, offering guidance and care every step of the way. My cumulative education allows me to deliver personalized therapeutic approaches to the each client, whether they are looking for tools to manage anxiety or seeking healing from trauma.
I consider myself a "wounded healer"—someone who has experienced struggles and uses that understanding to support others. Through play, mindfulness, and connection, to tap into the natural healing power of the mind, body, and heart. Together, we’ll create space for true transformation and healing.
