About Me
Most of the people I work with have been to therapy before. Sometimes years of it. They understood their patterns, could explain exactly where things went wrong, and still felt stuck in the same place.
EMDR is where that usually breaks open. I've been practicing since 2021, primarily with complex trauma and addiction, and what I see over and over is that insight alone doesn't move what's stored in the body and nervous system. Reprocessing does.
I also work with Internal Family Systems and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through Journey Clinical, which gives me options when EMDR alone isn't the right entry point.
I see clients in Woodmere on Long Island, in Midtown Manhattan, and virtually anywhere in New York State. I'm in network through Alma.

Education & Experience
Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling, Long Island University. Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State since 2020.
Approximately sixteen years in the field, with the last five in private practice. My background began in substance abuse counseling, working with individuals and families around both substance and process addictions, which continues to shape how I understand trauma and compulsive behavior.
Trained in EMDR in 2021 through the Trauma Institute and Child Trauma Institute, an EMDRIA approved training program. I completed Internal Family Systems Level One and am currently in ongoing consultation to deepen that work. I'm also trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy through Journey Clinical.
I work with adults and adolescents across complex trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression, in Woodmere, Midtown Manhattan, and virtually throughout New York State.
