About Me
I am a licensed psychologist in Arizona and Florida and I hold the PSYPACT Authorization to Practice Interstate Telehealth (APIT), which allows me to see clients in 43 states. I work with individuals who appear to have accomplished much in their lives, but who experience emotional distance in close relationships and have lost a sense of meaning or fulfillment in their lives. Many experience chronic anxiety or depression. Some engage in relational trauma patterns such as choosing emotionally unavailable parnters or over-functioning in relationships. Many struggle to set and maintain boundaries. I have significant experience working with therapists and other helping professionals navigating burnout and boundary fatigue.
Education & Experience
I received my PhD in Counseling Psychology from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. I've worked in a number of different settings over the years (e.g., university counseling centers, community mental health centers, hospitals, medical clinics and private practice).
