About Me

I work with adults who may appear capable and successful on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or shaped by painful experiences underneath. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, relationship patterns, and difficult life or career transitions. I bring a grounded, collaborative approach to EMDR therapy, helping clients process the past while strengthening their ability to navigate the present with greater clarity, self-trust, and flexibility.

Education & Experience

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota with a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I have completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR basic training and additional training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. My work is also informed by CBT, ACT, mindfulness, relational therapy, and parts-oriented approaches. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in corporate leadership, organizational change, and consulting. This background gives me particular insight into leadership pressure, high-performance environments, burnout, career transitions, and the challenges faced by professionals who are accustomed to being the capable one.
