About Me
I practice from an integrative approach to counselling. My core training is humanistic; However, I integrate other perspectives and techniques to meet each client's individual needs. I base my approach on the Person-Centred principle that individuals have the potential for growth and self-awareness.
My therapeutic philosophy is influenced by Existential thinking and the idea that we are challenged to make meaning from our individuality, strengths, opportunities, and limitations.
