About Me
Hi, I'm Rachel. I've been a counselor for 20 years, and specialize in stress disorders, relational trauma, and chronic and terminal health issues. I'm holistically minded, and the thing I love most about EMDR is the bottom-up approach, incorporating somatic and nervous system work along with affect and cognitive aspects of someone's lived experience. I was recently diagnosed autistic, and this has led me to seeking more training and supervision in working with neurodiverse clients. I love nature, movement, music, and time with my family, close friends, and pets
