Matthew Moorhead, LMFT
Preferred Name: Matt
About Me
I help kids, teens, adults, and couples with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship stress. Sessions are collaborative and practical. I draw on attachment-focused, polyvagal-informed, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches, plus EMDR and play therapy. You'll have a steady place to be heard and to work on what matters to you.
I offer telehealth therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are physically located in California or Idaho at the time of each session. My work often focuses on anxiety, trauma, attachment, and ADHD, and I offer EMDR for ages 7 and up.
California LMFT, license 165147. Idaho telehealth registration #1381035 (telehealth only; my marriage and family therapist license is from California).
All services are private pay. I'm in the process of joining insurance networks. For now, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
